- 24-25 March: Research Week (RW2025) starts with a two-day International Student Conference (ISC) and Opening Plenary session.
- 26-28 March: RW2025 continues with 3 three-day international research conferences – Knowledge for Use in Practice, Society. Health. Welfare, and PLACES.
The Research Week 2025 conferences—Society. Health. Welfare, PLACES, and Knowledge for Use in Practice—are pivotal elements in ensuring a sustainable and innovative future, each focusing on crucial areas that collectively drive societal progress.
Together, these conferences form a seamless narrative, where health, scientific innovation, and societal welfare are addressed through a unified lens. This interconnected approach ensures that breakthroughs in one field can complement and drive progress in others, ultimately fostering a future where innovation, sustainability, and societal well-being are closely aligned.
Format
RW2025 is a hybrid event with on-site and online participation. Information on how to register will follow.

The official language of the conference is English.
Key Dates
The dates for ISC2025 are different to those of RW2025 and ISC2025 information is available in the ISC2025 conference website:

- Abstract notification of acceptance sent by: 1 February 2025
- Uploading poster presentations into the virtual platform: 23:59, 14 March 2025

Continuing Medical Education
Attending the conference is certified with 8 CME credits/day.
Registration
Achievements and development of Science is one of the top priorities of Rīga Stradiņš University, therefore attendance to RW2025 is free of charge.

Conference Accreditation
In order to receive CME credits you must register online and actively participate in RW. More information on registration and attendance will follow after abstract submission is finished.

We would like to inform you that presentations submitted to the RSU Research Week, as well as posters, are publicly accessible and available for download for study and research purposes.
