Registration for RSU Research Week 2025 is now open!

Before registering, we kindly ask you to read the instructions below:

• Free participation: As RSU prioritises research and scientific achievements, attendance at RW2025 is free of charge.
• Hybrid format: RW2025 will take place in a hybrid format, meaning you can participate either:
  • In person;
  • Online.
• Registration form: You will be asked to specify:
  • Which conferences/sections you would like to attend (please familiarise yourself with the conference agendas below).
    • PLACES
    • Knowledge for Use in Practice
    • Society. Health. Welfare
    • Innovation and Artificial Intelligence: The Path from Research to Practice
    • Opening Pleanary Session
  • Your preferred participation format (online or in person).

Participation via the virtual platform (online) 

https://rw2025.mitto.app  (credentials sent to your email after registration)

• On the platform you will be able to:
  • update your profile information;
  • access the live stream of the scientific sections;
  • watch session recordings up to 3 months after the event;
  • explore/communicate with authors in the virtual posters;
  • visit the virtual industry EXPO;
  • watch industry symposia;
  • participate in Q&A sessions, vote for your favourites, comment, and chat with participants and speakers;

• In order to receive CME credits you must actively participate in RW2025 (meaning you will be asked to fill out an evaluation form on the contents of RW2025 before receiving the e-certificate). Attendance is certified with 12 CME credits/day and the number of credits depends on your participation. Certificates will be sent to the corresponding e-mail a week after RW2025.

• Your access to the platform https://rw2025.mitto.app  is sent 
• Also presenting authors must be registered participants to receive the certificate of attendance!

Participation in person

• Even if you have chosen to participate in person, you will receive access to the virtual platform to watch recordings, see the e-posters (posters will be available online for viewing and commenting. Poster presentations are planned in-person only), and visit the industry EXPO.
• Onsite you will have the opportunity to talk to the experts, colleagues, presenters, get involved in discussions, visit the industry EXPO, attend the Networking event on 29 March, view the poster presentations, and more.
• Your entrance pass is sent. Check your email, also junk/spam
• To receive the attendance certificate, you need to scan your entrance pass at the registration desk as you arrive each day and actively participate in RW2025 (meaning you will be asked to fill out an evaluation form on the contents of RW2025 before receiving the e-certificate). Set your Schedule and Navigate RW2025 events using Ex Ordo app

To download this guide on your phone, you will need to do the following:

1. Download the Ex Ordo app on your phone from either the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). The installation process will take a few minutes. 
2. Navigate to the "Find Guides" tab and enter the guide name to locate and download the relevant of the two guides: RSU International Student Conference 2025, RSU Research Week 2025​​​​​​​
3. The app can be used without creating an account!
4. Set your own Schedule by selecting the Sessions you wish to attend in the section "Sessions"
5. Use the search 🔍 function to find Presenter, Session or Presentation you wish to attend
